'Black Magic' Burglar Arrested In Indonesia

malaysiakini.com report the arrest of a burglar who according to Kota Tinggi police chief Supt Rahmat Othman was breaking into houses with the help of 'black magic.'

In a nod to popular right wing British newspapers, www.malaysiakini.com also report, that not content with being a black magic burglar, the suspect is also an 'illegal immigrant.'

The report elaborates that the accused was suspected to 'possess black magic' in the form of of ‘tangkal’ amulets.

Unsurprisingly, neither the police, or journalists reporting on the story can give any further details on how exactly these 'black magic amulets' actually helped in the break ins in any way.

Surely couldn't be a case of raising the fear level against immigrants amongst a local population.
